3 fresh beetroot
1/4 of red or white cabbage (optional)
Fresh lemon juice
Garlic
Ginger
Ground pepper
1/4 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Miso brown rice stock

KEEP IT SIMPLE

Chop the veg and fry in Linseed oil. Add the stock and spices. Cook until softened and puree…

Pureed . ready to eat or freeze for another day
