BEing mindful I am bathed in gold

… I swim through dappled green

and rest in puffs of summer sky

BEing mindful my eyes settle gently on the world

…I reach out and barely touch each intricate detail

That moment of seeing,of touching, of feeling….of BEing.

I am living in the moment and the moment is good.
